Working Principle

The ingredients are loaded into the stainless steel kettle through the top opening. The heating system transfers heat to the product through the vessel wall or jacket, depending on the selected configuration.

A motor-driven agitator continuously mixes the material to maintain uniform product consistency. For thick and sticky products, a scraper arrangement can be provided to reduce material accumulation on the inner vessel surface.

After the required cooking or processing cycle is completed, the finished product is discharged through the bottom outlet or by tilting the kettle, depending on the machine design.
