The 5 HL/Day Iced Tea / Carbonated Can Beverage Plant is a compact beverage processing and production system designed for manufacturing iced tea and carbonated beverages in cans, with a nominal production capacity of 500 litres per day. The plant is suitable for startups, pilot production facilities, small beverage manufacturers, cafes, and businesses looking to develop their own beverage brands. It combines beverage preparation, mixing, filtration, cooling, carbonation where required, and can-filling operations in an integrated production setup.

The plant can be configured with stainless-steel beverage preparation tanks, water treatment equipment, sugar syrup preparation systems, blending tanks, filtration units, transfer pumps, and a suitable cooling arrangement. For iced tea production, tea extract or concentrate is blended with treated water, sugar syrup, and permitted ingredients according to the formulation. The prepared beverage is filtered as required and cooled before being transferred to the filling section. For carbonated beverages, a carbonation system is incorporated to dissolve carbon dioxide into the beverage under controlled temperature and pressure conditions.

The can-filling section can be supplied with a suitable filling and seaming machine to ensure controlled filling and secure closure of beverage cans. Depending on the beverage formulation and packaging requirements, additional equipment such as a syrup preparation tank, ingredient dosing system, inline mixer, carbonator, can rinsing unit, date coder, and packaging accessories can be integrated. The equipment configuration depends on whether the plant will produce non-carbonated iced tea, carbonated tea, or other carbonated beverages.

Manufactured with food-grade stainless-steel equipment options, the plant is designed to support hygienic processing, efficient material transfer, and convenient cleaning. Temperature controls, level indicators, sanitary pipelines, and an electrical control panel can be provided according to the selected configuration.
