The pasteurizer consists of plate heat exchanger, balance tank, pump, hot water circulation system (including: mixer of steam and water or steam-water plate heat exchanger, hot water pump, steam adjusting valve and water level control, etc) Temperature control, this is used in heating and cooling raw material.
The pasteurizer is usually used in the processes of milk, ice-cream, milk powder, fruit juice, beverage, etc which is sensitive to heat.
The material is pumped to the plate heat exchanger, then been preheating, holding, heat energy recover, cooling and all this can keep the products original physical nature and taste.
If the temperature is below the set temperature, it can be sensed by the temperature transmitter. A signal activates flow diversion valve and the material flows back to the balance tank, then the material is pasteurized again.

System consists of the following system -
1. Hot Water Generation System
-Steam pipe line with bypass assembly to transfer the steam from the boiler to the hot water PHE. The pipeline consists of auto control steam valve, gun metal valves and pressure guages
-Hot water PHE to generate hot water from steam. The outlet of the PHE consists of steam trap for effective condensation and creating back pressure for steam
-The system consists of hot water pump,buffer vessel,safety valve and make up line for water.
2. Milk Pasteurizer PHE plate Pack
-The Multisection PHE plate pack is used to heat the milk from room temp to pasteurization temperature. Milk gets hold in holding tube and then gets chilled to 4C after pasteurization.
-Provision for Milk seperator and homogenizer
-Regeneration Efficiency upto 93%
3. Auto control Valve
-Auto control valve to forward/divert the milk in case the temperature reaches the set point.
-Milk Pipeline and Water Pipeline
5. Electrical panel
-Panel to start motors
-Flow controller for the milk
-Steam controller for the steam
-On/Off ; Auto/Manual; Forward/Divert Switches
6. Holding tube to hold the milk from 20 sec upto 15 mins depending upon the process.
